How to have a Guy Ways to Have Him Missing You Like Crazy

We all enjoy spending time with the person we love, but we can't spend every second together. Sometimes we just need space or time apart. You also can't always be together because of things like work and school. Even if you're apart, you still want the guy you like thinking about you, right? Every girl secretly loves a guy obsessing over her when he's not with her. Here are 7 tips to have him missing you like crazy when you're not around:

Spending Time Apart

They say, “absence makes the heart grow fonder”. There is a lot of truth to this old sentiment. We don't know how much we enjoy someone's company until we're without it.

So the first way to make him miss you like crazy is to give him some space. How can someone miss you if you're always around? This may be difficult because when you like someone you want to spend a lot of time with them. However, it's important to spend some time apart for him to realize how much he values you and your time together.

Don't Text/Call Constantly

This goes along with giving him some space. If you're constantly texting and calling him, it will feel like you never left. It can also become annoying if you're contacting him when he's busy.

If you keep the contact to a minimum, it will have him missing you like crazy. He'll start to miss speaking to you and hearing from you. It will also make you more intriguing, as he'll wonder what you're doing when you're not in touch with him.

Text Strategically

While you don't want to text him constantly, you do want to text him every so often. Psychologists say the best time to contact a guy you're interested in is at night. This will make him more likely to dream of you and think of you when he wakes up the next morning.

Looking Your Best

This is more of a tip for making him attracted to you because the more he's attracted to you, the more he'll miss you. It's known that men tend to be more visual than women are. They rely more on their physical attraction to a woman than anything else. When a man finds a woman that he's really attracted to, he'll be thinking of her when he's not with her. So it's important to look your best when you're with him so you'll be on his mind when you're not together.

Not only is giving him a gift a nice way of showing you care, it is also a great way to get him to miss you. Give him something special for his birthday or just because you were thinking of him.

If you really want to give him something that reflects your relationship, make it a personalized gift. This could be something that has a picture of you on it or something that makes him think of you (a movie you saw together, a souvenir from somewhere you visited together, etc.)  Whenever he sees this gift, it will remind him of how much you care about him and have him missing you terribly.

Physical Contact

The physical contact you have when you're together will make him miss you like crazy when you're apart. Gently stroke his arm or tough his hand. He'll be thinking of these little moments when the two of you are not together.

Social Media

Be active on social media when you're not with him. When you're out with friends, make sure to take pictures of yourself looking good and having a great time. When he sees the pictures of you hanging out with friends and having fun, it shows him you're not boring and makes you more desirable. Seeing how much fun you have with other people will have him missing you like crazy and wishing that you were having fun with him.

While you definitely enjoy spending time with your guy, you know you can't be together all the time. At least now you have seven tips that will keep you on his mind when the two of you are apart.

5 Psychological Ways to Get Your Ex Back That Nobody Knows About!

The end of a relationship is painful. We're often left wondering what went wrong or how we could have done things differently. While many people move on after a breakup, some people are left longing for their ex. There is good news for these individuals: not all breakups are meant to be permanent. There are many couples who have broken up only to reunite later on and live happily ever after.

Read on to find out if you want to get back with your ex and five ways to ensure they'll want to get back with you.

Do you want your ex back?

The first thing to consider when revisiting an old relationship is if you truly want to get back with your ex. Here are some questions you should ask yourself before you start imagining your reunion.

Was I happy? This is the most important thing to consider. After a breakup, you might find yourself remembering all of the good times with your ex while ignoring the bad. You may want to sit down and make a list of the good times vs. the bad times. If you were happy for a majority of the relationship, then it might be worth getting back together.

Was it healthy? It is crucial to think of whether or not your relationship was healthy. Were the two of you goo for one another? Did you bring out the best or the worst in one another? If your relationship was constant drama and fighting, it wasn't healthy and probably not worth getting back together.

Why do I want my ex back? This one may be difficult to answer. You need to figure out why you want to reunite with your ex. Is it because you're lonely? Is it because you don't want them to be with someone else? Is it because you truly love them and believe that another try could work? If it is anything but the last question, you probably shouldn't get back together.

Five Psychological Tricks for Getting Your Ex Back

Once you've figured out if you truly want to get back together with your ex, it's time to see if they feel the same way. Everyone deals with a breakup differently and your ex may be moving forward in a complete different direction that you. The following are five ways of making sure that you and your ex are on the same page.

No Contact

You'll be tempted to contact your ex and talk things over after you break up. Don't. It's one thing if you need to contact them for something important (No, “I left that shirt I wore one time 4 years ago at your place.” is not important.), but to contact them constantly is not okay. This behavior will only push them away and decrease the likelihood that they'll want to get back together.

If you want your ex to want you back, you need to keep the contact to a bare minimum…if any at all. Not hearing from you will make them miss you and wonder what you're up to. This will make them more likely to initiate conversation with you and lead to reuniting.

Reverse Psychology

You need to use reverse psychology to encourage your ex to want you back. Make them think that you don't want them, and they'll want you. It might sound crazy, but reverse psychology has been proven to work in countless scenarios time after time.

While you're probably still hurt from your breakup, don't let it show. Whether you're mad, sad, or just straight-up confused, never let on on to any of that. You want your ex to see that you are mature and moving forward with life. You want to show that the breakup has had no effect on your life. This will only make you more desirable to them.

Don't Worry, Be Happy

Your ex probably thinks that you're hiding out at home, eating a pint of ice cream and crying over old photographs. Never let them think this…even if that's exactly what you're doing. You need to present a confident, carefree and happy image to the world.

Upload pictures of yourself having fun to your social media. Plan a vacation with friends and talk about it publicly. Let you ex see how happy and lighthearted you can be. This will only make them want to be back in your life more than ever.

Change Up Your Look

Remember in Grease when Sandy ditches her preppy dresses and opts for a wild hairstyle and leather pants? That's exactly what we're talking about here. You need to make a dramatic change to your appearance.

Whether it be a new hairstyle or a change of clothes, a different look will definitely get your ex's attention. They'll see how great you look now and wonder why they ever dumped you.

Build A Friendship

After a period of no-contact and once your ex has initiated conversation, work on building a good friendship with them. Don't jump right into getting back together. Don't argue over why the breakup happened. Keep it light and free of drama. Focus on what you really like about your ex and let them see what they really like about you. Invite them to do something the two of you used to enjoy and it will remind them of all the good times you had together. Once you can be together as friends, you can start working towards a better relationship.

While not every couple is destined to get back together, some couples just need some time apart to realize how much they mean to one another. You and your ex may be a couple that can bounce back from a breakup and be better than ever. Now you have all the info you need to see if you and your ex are destined for a reunion.

Save Your Skin With Vitamin C: The Skin Superhero

Vitamin C is an important ingredient in the “secret formula for great skin”. Through its antioxidant properties, Vitamin C acts as a shield against damage from the environment. It also fights visible signs of aging and delivers an overall improvement to your skin’s health. Oh, and Vitamin C takes your healing process to the next level. Sunburns, brown spots, dry skin, and even mild wounds or inflammation are issues that Vitamin C can effectively treat or subdue. Talk about a multipurpose vitamin!

Dermatologists and skincare professionals all over the world tout Vitamin C’s splendid capabilities. It’s especially useful for aging, mature skin. Adding some variety of Vitamin C into your diet or skincare routine will significantly boost your skin’s health, no matter what your skin type or skin concern is.

Introducing: Vitamin C: A Second Look From Science

Though there’s limited research about the effects of Vitamin C, there are certain benefits you’re sure to see if you’re feeding your skin this vitamin. There are, in fact, a variety of ways you can apply, ingest, or benefit from Vitamin c.

You might find yourself reaching for Vitamin C at the first sign of a cold. While the vitamin helps solve the sniffles, it also helps solve a lot of skincare issues. But it’s superhero capabilities are not particularly well-known.

“Vitamin C is definitely an underrated ingredient. People doubt its capabilities,” explains New York dermatologist Dennis Gross, MD. “It’s more important than ever for those who want to have gorgeous, youthful skin. It’s part of the magic potion—it is such a potent anti-aging ingredient with a wide range of benefits.”

With an introduction to Vitamin C like that, it’s easy to see why scientists are taking another look at this skincare superstar.

How Vitamin C Works to Build Younger, Healthier Skin From the Inside

If you haven’t heard, collagen is the support system of your skin. There are all kinds of beauty treatments that work to stimulate the collagen production process. Some are cosmetic surgery related, while others are a little more natural, like Vitamin C!

Vitamin C is a vitamin your body can’t really create by itself, even though it’s vital for a lot of bodily functions.

Let’s talk collagen. This molecule provides the support system of your skin. It works with elastin to provide firmness, strength, and ease of flexibility. Vitamin C helps spur the production of this molecule.

To have healthy skin, you need a solid supply of collagen. Unfortunately, as we age, collagen is depleted from our bodies. Harnessing the power of Vitamin C is crucial to ensure your skin stays healthy longer, and it can shed years off your face. If you don’t have enough Vitamin C, you won’t be building new collagen. This can create a whole host of issues in your body like premature aging, brittle connective tissue and even diseases like scurvy.

So, connective tissue is important in the appearance of not just your facial skin but the rest of your body. You can expect collagen to help prevent stretch marks from pregnancy or fluctuations in weight.

The production and creation of collagen happens in the dermal (mid-layers) of the skin. It provides the opportunity to create flexible skin tissue. Without this molecule, it’s likely the middle layers of your skin will begin to tear and break down. The consequence of this is the appearance of stretch marks, wrinkles, and the dreaded signs of aging.

Your skin is way less likely to wrinkle, tear, or scar with increased collagen production. Which is to say, it’s a great idea to apply Vitamin C topically in a cream, serum or face mask formula.

By increasing your use of Vitamin C, you’re likely to help fight the decrease in production of collagen. You might even be able to skip the expensive creams and serums if you play it right!

Let's Talk About The Benefits of Vitamin-C

This super vitamin has a load of benefits, including anti-aging properties. But that's not all it has to offer! Some of the super powers of Vitamin C include overall skin health and  reducing inflammation of your skin. Let's take a deeper look at these benefits.

Vitamin C Helps Even Your Skin Tone

If brighter, lighter, and even-toned skin is something you're working towards, Vitamin C is for you. With reduced visibility of brown spots and liver spots, acne scars, and under-eye circles, you'll find your skin tone looking better than ever.

Vitamin C Speeds Up the Healing Process

This is one of our favorite benefits of applying a product filled with Vitamin C topically.

Prone to sunburns? Vitamin C. Sensitive, inflamed skin? Vitamin C. Catch our drift? Because Vitamin C helps increase the production and synthesis of collagen, you're sure to see a quicker healing time.

Vitamin C Kicks the Signs of Aging

This is another one of our favorite benefits of Vitamin C. Again, Vitamin C pushes the collagen production process along. As you know, when we get older, our ability to produce collagen begins to decrease and that's why we see sagginess, wrinkles, and increasingly dry skin.

By producing more collagen and hydrating your skin, Vitamin C keeps your skin looking younger. What else? It will help prevent your skin from further wrinkles. Because Vitamin C pairs well with retinol, you can find anti-aging products that combine the two ingredients to protect your skin and neutralize other issues before they begin.

Vitamin C Gives Your Skin A Shield

vitamin c

Real talk: Vitamin C is seriously a super hero that's ready to protect and fight against free radicals trying to damage your skin.

We already know the sun, the environment, pollution, and smoke are all factors that visibly impact your skin. Let's call them villains, shall we? Thanks to its antioxidant properties, Vitamin C comes to save the day by shielding your skin from these villains.

“Even minimal UV exposure can decrease the Vitamin C levels in the skin by 30 percent, while exposure from the ozone of city pollution can decrease the level by 55 percent,” says Karen E. Burke, MD, dermatologist. What she's really saying is: load up on Vitamin C to protect your skin.

When Should You Use Vitamin C?

The good news about this vitamin's presence in a skincare formula is that you can apply it several times a day. It won't irritate your skin and it won't cause additional problems.

There are several different ways to topically use Vitamin C. Firstly, it can be used as a treatment after a cleanser, toner, or exfoliant.

You can also find Vitamin C in cream or moisturizer formulas, scrubs, toners, and even in sunscreen.

Here's the fun part: you can create do-it-yourself formulas to boost the Vitamin C in your skin. Try making your own Vitamin C scrub by using a granular sugar with lemon juice freshly squeezed. This is something you don't want to do daily as the scrub can irritate your skin just like any other exfoliating product.

Another great way to boost the Vitamin C in your skin is to use a lemon as a toner. By rubbing a fruit high in Vitamin C over your skin, you're adding the super hero anti-aging ingredient into your skin!

Should You Choose Topical Vitamin C or Oral Vitamin C?

It’s clear Vitamin C is a serious plus for our skin and bodies. What’s unfortunate is that our bodies aren’t particularly good at producing the vitamin. As the vitamin is water soluble. This means that we need to ensure we get the good stuff into our bodies either orally or topically. And you’d better believe there are a lot of sources of Vitamin C.

In topical form, Vitamin C is 20 times more effective than orally ingesting the vitamin. Just applying a vitamin C rich formula of cream, serum, or other skincare products can have an incredible effect, even after only three days. Applying vitamin C topically for three days will ensure the skin has an optimal level of the vitamin.

What’s more? As a topical formula, Vitamin C is an antioxidant that can’t be washed off. You’ll be benefiting from it without even knowing.

Taking Vitamin C Orally

If you decide to try the oral supplement route, there are a lot of different types of Vitamin C supplements. A lot of them are food related, helping you load up on vitamins.

It’s definitely important to try and find a supplement that doesn’t include a lot of flavoring, fillers, or even sugars. Here are some other ingredients you should try to avoid:

  • Sucrose
  • Splenda
  • Stearic Acid
  • Artificial flavoring

However, definitely keep your eyes peeled for a Vitamin C supplement that has bioflavonoids in it. Here are some other ingredients to look for:

  • Camu camu
  • Acerola
  • Rosehips

Vitamin C Will Help You Get the Skin You've Been Waiting For

As you can, there are a multitude of reasons you should be using Vitamin C in your skincare routine or even in your diet.

The Truth About Antioxidants: Do They Really Fight the Aging Process?

Long story short: antioxidants help prevent early visible signs of aging in our skin.

As the years go by, our skin gradually loses its ability to produce collagen and elastin. These two molecules are buzzwords in the world of skincare and they’re as important as they seem. Imagine your skin as a road. Collagen and elastin are the infrastructure that make the road drivable. Losing the ability to produce collagen and elastin is part of the natural aging process of the skin. However, there are other reasons you might begin to see your skin aging at a quicker rate.

Here’s an ugly truth: free radicals in your body may be the cause of premature wrinkles and discoloration.

A less ugly truth reminds us that there is a way to prevent the buildup of free radicals in the body, a way to reduce oxidative stress, and a way to boost the overall health of our cells. That truth comes in the form of antioxidants.

The benefits of antioxidants can easily be yours.

Antioxidants are good for us, but why?

Antioxidants are everywhere. They’re in our food, smoothies, skincare creams and even in sunscreen. You know these compounds are good – maybe even great – but do you know why?

Rusting iron, browning avocados and bruised apples… they’ve all got something in common with the aging process. Discoloration, fine lines, and the appearance of wrinkles happens because of oxidation. Oxidation is a gnarly process that damages your skin. It’s likely the cause of premature aging symptoms; you know, liver spots before you’re 40 and fine lines before you’re ready to see them.

Antioxidants are important because they act as a shield against oxidation. In doing so, they minimize the signs of aging and the possibility of future damage to your skin.

Antioxidants: Nature’s Way of Fighting Oxidative Stress

Antioxidants are natural compounds that protect the cells in our bodies. They've been shown to minimize damage from free radicals and oxidation stress.

Free radicals are uncharged, reactive molecules that are produced from oxidation. This process happens naturally in our bodies when we have exposure to external pollution, the breakdown of certain medications internally or even exposure to radiation.

That’s not to say all free radicals are big, bad and full of harm. Some of them might be, but it’s the accumulation of free radicals that creates a problem. Oxidative stress happens when we don’t have enough antioxidants to fight the oxidation process.

Oxidative stress can create all kinds of health issues. The National Center for Biotechnology Information explains, “[oxidative stress] plays a significant role in the formation of degenerative illnesses. This includes autoimmune disorders, cardiovascular diseases, neurodegenerative diseases, cancer, arthritis and cataracts.”

These illnesses aren’t anything we’d like to be a part of.

Antioxidants are on the market after clinical trials and increased research

Antioxidant ingredients fill a variety of skincare products on the market. These formulas are full of antioxidants to produce younger looking skin. While some are by prescription, an increasingly large number of skincare products with antioxidants are available at your favorite cosmetic store.

The cosmetic industry has been harnessing antioxidant compounds like vitamin C, vitamin E, zinc, beta carotene, and more. The range of botanicals and antioxidants infused into beauty products is increasing, and for good reason!

Some antioxidant ingredients are even being actively studied in clinical trials for medicinal use. The research feeding these clinical trials and studies is important. It helps us develop a stronger understanding of how to protect our cells, health, and bodies.

“The use of topical antioxidants is gaining favor,” explains Dr. Patricia Farris, a dermatologist. Her area of expertise is within antioxidants, their benefits and educating pharmaceutical industries regarding their use. “More and more scientific studies are proving their effectiveness.” We like the sound of that!

Not only does Dr. Farris suggest antioxidants are effective, she also gives lectures on their other benefits such as the reduction of inflammation and even in the prevention of skin cancer.

7 Antioxidants for Prevention of Premature Aging

Get acquainted with the antioxidants that will be your best allies in preventing oxidative stress.

Vitamin E (tocopherol)

Vitamin E is an antioxidant that conditions and hydrates your skin, as well as boosting your skins ability to heal.

While it can’t be technically called a sunscreen, vitamin E does protect your skin from UV radiation. It also works to reduce inflammation, a frustrating side effect of the aging process.  Vitamin E helps your skin look younger because it boosts collagen production, which we know declines with age.

Where to get more of it in your diet: vegetable oils, almonds, avocados, seeds, whole grains, spinach, kale, papaya, and olives.

Vitamin C (L-absorbic acid)

You probably reach for extra vitamin C when you’re feeling under the weather. Typically known for its sniffle-fighting prowess, vitamin C has some other, lesser known benefits. These benefits are namely for your skin. The vitamin works as an antioxidant and collagen production booster – both of which help your skin maintain a youthful appearance.

Vitamin C comes from fruits and vegetables loaded with absorbic acid. It can also be applied topically, because ingesting vitamin C orally doesn’t have much effect on your skin.

Where to get more of it in your diet: oranges, broccoli, grapefruit, strawberries, blueberries, red peppers, kale, guava and kiwis.

Green Tea

Even if you’re not a fan of Panera’s delicious green tea, the tea itself has great health benefits. So far we know that green tea helps prevent illnesses ranging from cancer to heart disease. And, of course, it can help your aging skin.

Catechins, the antioxidant in green tea, helps clear cell damage in your skin. It also helps repair the visible signs of aging like wrinkles, sagginess and even blemishes. While blemishes might not be a sign of aging, catechins can help get rid of them.

Green tea, when topically applied in a cream or skincare treatment, reduces sun damage and prevents free radicals from infesting your skin.

Where to get more of it in your diet: varieties of green tea in either loose leaf or packet formula.

This antioxidant is also known as vitamin B3. Vitamin B3 is a boss in terms of its anti-inflammatory properties. Want brighter and softer skin? Vitamin B3 is what you need.

Where to get more of it in your diet: turkey, chicken, peanuts, mushrooms, tuna, and green peas.

Grape Seed

The anti-aging benefits of grape seed come from its relation to the flavonoid family. Proanthocyanidins are aplenty in grape seed, and they’re strong fighters against free radicals. Studies and research suggest grape seed extract is even stronger than vitamins C and E in fighting free radicals.

Sign us up!

Where to get more of it in your diet: grape seed extract is available in supplement form

Beta-carotene and carotenoids are known for their skin-boosting properties. Lycopene is a carotenoid prevalent in red vegetables and fruits, like red peppers, strawberries, etc. You get the drift.

Lycopene promotes healthy collagen production, which means it improves the texture of your skin. Although you can reap the benefits of this carotenoid through oral ingestion, it’s super easy for your skin to absorb. Don’t hesitate to try a skincare formula with lycopene in it!

Where to get more of it in your diet: tomatoes, watermelon, pink grapefruit, guava, sweet red peppers, asparagus, and carrots.

This antioxidant compound is fantastic when applied topically. You’ll find it in a whole host of different skincare products, from serums to creams and even certain types of foundation. One of its impressive benefits is that resveratrol can prevent oxidative stress from UV radiation.

Where to get more of it in your diet: peanuts, pistachios, red and white wine, cranberries, blueberries, and dark chocolate. (Talk about a reason to have wine and chocolate!)

What are your favorite ways to increase antioxidants in your skincare routine or diet?

5 Steps to Seducing a Girl Through Texting

You were out and about today when you met a really cute girl. She was so nice and the two of you had a good conversation. When it was time to go, you were bold and asked for her number…and she gave it to you! That's great! You're probably super excited.

…but what comes next? You have her number now. It's up to you to keep the conversation going. You want to talk to her more and you want her to like you. So how do you go about winning a girl's heart through text messages?

Here are five steps to seducing a girl through texting:

1. Getting Her Attention

If this girl is as great as she seems, she probably has tons of guys vying for her attention. You need to stand out from the rest. You want to get her attention and keep it focused on you. Here's two ways to immediately catch her interest in the first text:

Be Nice: When you decide to text her for the first time, be super friendly and polite. Ask her how her day is going or what she's up to. She probably has loads of guys texting her messages that make her uncomfortable. You don't want to be one of those guys. Keep it nice and simple.

Make it Personal: Try to make a personal connection with her. You can reference something that the two of you talked about when you met. You can ask her a basic question about herself. Don't ask anything too deep or personal when you first start talking to her. That will only send her running away.

2. Making Her Laugh

Girls love guys that can make them laugh. There are few things sexier than a sense of humor. Making her laugh is a huge step in seducing a girl through texting. A great way to make her laugh is through gently teasing her. Obviously you don't want to hurt her feelings, so don't tease her about anything serious. You can be playful and cute by teasing her about something little and silly.

When it comes to texting, remember that emojis are your friend. You can use a funny emoji to make her laugh or to let her know you're joking. The right emoji can make the difference between being funny or just seeming like a weirdo.

3. Appropriate Timing

Make sure that you are texting her at appropriate times. You don't want to text her too often, otherwise she'll think you're annoying. You also don't want to text her at times that she may be busy, because then you'll be interrupting her and definitely not making a good impression. Here's three things to consider when deciding to text a girl:

  • Don't overdo it. If you send her ten texts in a row, she'll think you're a creep. …a creep with no life.
  • Be considerate. Don't text her at three in the morning when she's probably sleeping.
  • Give her a chance to respond. If she hasn't replied to your last text yet, don't text her again. She might be busy and it could take some time for her to reply.

4. Keeping it Brief

When you're trying to seduce a girl through texting, you want to keep it short and sweet. Your texts should not be long essays that go over everything you did that day. That will just bore her to death. You want your messages to be short and concise. You can ask her how her day is, or you can tell her something funny. Don't give her every little detail of your life, otherwise she'll lose interest in you. If you keep it short and simple, you'll also create a mysterious image of yourself. She'll want to find out more about you and see what it is you haven't told her yet.

5. Remember Your Main Goal

When you're texting this girl, don't forget what your main goal is. You don't want to just keep texting back and forth forever. You really like her and eventually want to spend time with her, right? After spending some time seducing her through texts, when the time is right, ask her to go out some time. If you can never get up the courage to ask her to hang out in person, then all of your text message seduction will have been for nothing. Keep this goal in mind when you are messaging her.

10 Foolproof Ways to Impress a Guy

It's always exciting to find someone you're interested in and want to start a relationship with. The only scary part is seeing if they're interested in you too. Impressing a guy that you like isn't as hard as you think! While it can be a little nerve-wracking and stressful, there are some foolproof ways to have the guy you like falling at your feet in no time.

Here are ten simple ways to impress the guy you like:

1. Don't Worry, Be Happy

I once saw a bedazzled throw pillow that said, “Happy girls are the prettiest girls”. This isn't just a cute phrase for home decor; there's some truth to it. A woman with a smile on her face is instantly attractive. Her happiness and carefree aura pull people towards her. Someone who appears to be happy is more approachable and easier to talk to. So, if you're looking to catch a man's eye, put a smile on your face. He will gravitate towards you quicker than you could imagine.

2. Be Confident

Confidence is sexy on anyone and everyone. Men love a woman who is confident in herself. If you want to impress a guy, show him that you're confident. Even if you're feeling insecure and unsure, show that you have confidence. Taking pride in your appearance can help you to show more confidence. Put together a nice outfit or try out a new hairstyle. You'll be walking around with your head held high, and definitely be turning guy's heads.

3. Don't Admire His Friends

This might seem like a strange one, but it's important. Of course you want to like this guy's friends, but you don't want to like them too much. You can be friendly with his friends, but if you're too friendly, he might think you're interested in them instead of him. Another huge mistake is calling one of his friends “cute” or “hot”. Never do this! You may be tempted to do this, to make him show a little jealousy, but it will hurt you in the long run. He'll think you want his friend over him.

4. Have Common Interests

Having things in common will not only impress a guy, but also give you something to talk about. Take notice of things that he's interested in and learn a little about them. For instance, find out his favorite musician and listen to some of their music. He'll be impressed when you mention your favorite songs by them, and he'll be way more interested in you since you have a common interest.

5. Show Off Your Skills…in a Subtle Way

To impress a guy, you'll want to show him what you're good at. Maybe you're great at cooking or playing a certain sport. Show him what you're good at, but don't tell him it's what you're good at. For instance, invite him over to try a dish you're rally great at making, but don't tell him how all your friends rave about it. Let him be surprised when he tries at. He'll see for himself that you're a talented individual who has a lot to offer.

6. Don't Brag

This tip goes along with the last one. We know you're a talented girl with a lot to offer, but don't brag about it! Men cannot stand women who brag about their accomplishments or throw their achievements in everyone's face. Be modest and humble in your behavior. Once he gets to know you, he'll naturally see your accomplishments and he'll be beyond impressed.

7. Accept Help

Guys love to feel like they're helping a woman. If you want to impress him, let him help you out with something. Even if it's something you know how to do! For example, tell him you need some help fixing something in your home. Not only will it give you an excuse to invite him over, but it will also make hi feel good to think he helped you out.

8. Don't Criticize Him

When you're trying to impress a guy, pick your battles. Don't criticize every little thing that he does. (And if he does that many things that bother you, maybe he's not the right guy for you anyways.) If you're constantly nagging him about different aspects of himself, he'll quickly be turned off and want to limit his time around you.

9. Use Social Media Wisely

Social media is a useful tool. You can use it to make yourself look really appealing to a guy that you're trying to impress. Use social media to your advantage by uploading good pictures of yourself, or pictures of you doing fun things. This will make you more attractive to him and show him that you do fun things. You can also use social media to flirt with him by “liking” his pictures or posts and leaving cute comments.

10. Keep Some Mystery

Guys are intrigued by women who are mysterious. Don't be an open book right away. Keep some things to yourself and don't explicitly tell him everything you feel or think. Keep him on his toes! If you keep some things to yourself, he'll be dying to find out more about you. Wondering what you're really like and what your life is like will keep him endlessly interested.

If you're one of the most renowned athletes in the world, you probably follow a really healthy diet. You won't be able to fuel your muscular build and keep your stamina on Doritos and doughnuts. Greens, proteins and healthy fats are what you need to get that pro-athlete energy, and possibly the Tom Brady Supplements.

Tom Brady, however, takes extreme dieting to new extremes…extremes we didn't even know were possible. He goes into detail about his diet in his new self-help book The TB12 Method: How to Achieve a Lifetime of Sustained Peak Performance.

What is Tom Brady's Diet?

On the average day, Brady gets up around 6 A.M.and instantly drinks 20 ounces of electrolyte water. In his book, he emphasizes the importance of being hydrated, stating that he drinks 12 to 25 glasses of water a day. They all have TB12 electrolyte added. Then he takes the Tom Brady Muscle Supplements.

“I add electrolytes to everything I drink,” Brady says. That includes lemonade. After drinking his 20 ounces of water, Brady goes downstairs to make himself a smoothie.

“It usually has bananas, blueberries, nuts and seeds,” Brady explains. “It's nutrient dense, high in calories, high in protein and high in fat.”

When working out, Brady continues to drink his electrolyte enhanced water. When he's done, he has a protein shake. This one is made with almond milk, more electrolytes and one scoop of his self-branded protein powder. This is all within 20 minutes.

Now that he's full of seeds and fruit, Brady begins a workout at 8 A.M. This is another thing he goes into detail about in his book…and to any reporter who will listen. “Pliability” is the key term. You can ask Jon Gruden.

“If you wait too long, your body will start seeking its own protein sources. It will start tearing into muscle that you've been building,” Brady writes. He says he's dedicated to the “20-minute rule” and will rarely do an intense workout without having a protein shake right away when he's finished.

At this point it's only 10 A.M. He's already chugged 20 ounces of electrolyte water, a smoothie, more water, a protein shake, and some more water.

Since his stomach is apparently a bottomless pit, he eats a snack. He says, ” I can't go long without snacking.”

We feel you, Tom. We feel you.

There's four main principles that Brady follows when combining food. The first one is to not eat proteins with carbs like bread or potatoes. The second thing is that eating proteins and carbs with vegetables is optimal for digestion. Lastly, he swears by the Tom Brady supplements.

“I always make sure that the majority of what I eat is alkalizing,” he states.

Is Tom Brady Vegan?

Besides his strict diet of almost entirely plant-based foods, Brady also follows an alkaline-diet. The goal of this is to minimize muscle inflammation. Simply, he limits acidic foods like white rice, cold cuts, pineapples, yogurt, and white bread among other things to only 20 percent of his diet. The remaining 80 percent is reserved for alkalizing foods like dandelion greens, sweet potatoes and brussels sprouts.

Basically, Brady eats a limited amount of alkaline foods. He's like a grazing farm animal…but with more protein. If you've ever eaten dandelion greens, you'll know that they're bitter. That's something only the unique taste buds of a rabbit could appreciate. I'll give him this much, though: they're crazy healthy.

After lunch, Brady eats more snacks. This includes a protein bar, fruit and another protein shake. He makes sure to explain that you should never eat fruits with other foods, though. Apparently it's bad for digestion. I guess there goes strawberries smothered in chocolate…

At about 6 P.M., Brady sits down for dinner with his gorgeous wife, model Gisele. For dinner he has a “nutrient rich meal with loads of vegetables.” .Sounds delicious, Tom. Very…healthy.

“I don't drink tea often, but I do drink bone broth occasionally,” Brady adds.

What about dessert, you ask? The Brady household does not believe in dessert. No dessert for you!

“I love how I eat. I eat what I want and I don't feel deprived at all,” Brady convinces himself.

Sure thing, Tom. Maybe that's the sacrifice you make for an unbelievable paycheck. We can't really argue with that.

2 Reasons That People Stay In the Wrong Relationship

A lot has been written about why people stay in bad and unhealthy relationships, including violent and abusive ones.  So what are the reasons for couples remaining in unhealthy relationships? Why do some people put up with significant flaws like the lack of affection, love, compassion or attention?

Here are two possible reasons:

We Don't See It

We usually nitpick things that are often more evident and observable. We quickly notice if someone has a physical feature, political view, or a quirk (verbal or physical), that we don’t like. But we tend to focus less, and in some cases, entirely ignore the characteristics that are likely to lead to serious issues. By the time these traits do surface, we may have already been captivated with the superficial aspects of the person. When we do discover the harmful behavior, it is easy to say to ourselves that these negative personality behaviors will change over time. It doesn’t matter if we think we can change them ourselves or if our partners will change them.

We Accept It

Many of us accept the love we find and think we deserve it.  This happens frequently for folks who are suffering low confidence or low self-esteem. These men and women are more likely than other people to accept a boyfriend or a girlfriend with obvious flaws and remain with them despite these flaws manifesting themselves into behaviors that might count as abuse. Why? Because they believe that they don’t deserve any better or worse. This leads to accepting abusive behavior and remaining in an unhealthy relationship for long periods, if not forever.

Overall, kindness, affection, and respect in a relationship are much more important than a sexy laugh, cute nose, or having a sense of high street fashion.  Always remember, what is truly important to you and what you want and deserve in a relationship. And always keep in mind, to never settle for less.

4 Reasons You Keep Getting Into Emotionally Abusive Relationship

Do you find yourself dating the wrong people over and over? Do you constantly end up in emotionally abusive relationships? If this sounds like your love life, you’re not alone. For some people, their past relationships have been so abusive that they've decided to remain single. If you've been through numerous emotionally abusive relationships and want to stop the cycle, you need to figure out why you keep entering into bad relationships.

There are many issues that need to be looked into that will help us to explain why you keep dating the wrong people over and over again. The following are four reasons that you may be entering into emotionally abusive relationships:

Your parents were emotionally abusive.

Individuals who have emotionally abusive relationships with their parents are more likely to choose abusive partners. You believe that if you can get this abusive, unloving person to love you, then you might also regain the love from your parents that you didn’t receive while growing up. The problem here is that this won't work. You can’t make an unloving man or woman become loving. If you’re in an abusive family, you should follow other approaches to make your parents love you. The reality is trying to win someone's love will only hurt you.

You allow other people to treat you the way you treat yourself.

If you don't love yourself, no one else will either. It's very simple. If you are consistently down on yourself and accept less than you deserve, that is exactly what you will receive. To free yourself from emotionally abusive relationships, you first need to learn to love and value yourself.

You don't like to share your feelings.

We feel depressed and lonely when we don't have anyone to share our thoughts and feelings with. Most of us like to share our love and feelings, and by sharing it, most of our deepest issues in our relationships come up. The challenge here is to find a partner who is willing to open up and learn about themselves and you, so that both of you can work together through the healing process. The more you’re open and willing to know about your feelings, the more you’ll be able to attract someone with whom you can learn and grow. However, the primary challenge is to become the person with whom you want to share your love and feelings. This will break the pattern of why you fall for the wrong people and attract a partner who isn’t right for you.

You keep thinking you can accomplish this alone.

When you’re looking to date someone and grew up with no role models for loving yourself, you’ll keep dating the wrong kind of person. To get out of this cycle, you may need some help in learning how to do this. Reach out for help on how to learn to connect with your spirituality and how it feels to love yourself. Both of these approaches are an important part of loving and taking care of yourself.

4 Zodiac Signs You Want to Fall in Love With

Let’s face it: some people are naturally die-hard romantics. These are the folks who are always seen buying flowers and chocolates for their lovers. They surprise them with vacations, picnics, dinner dates and what not. Other people are more subtle with their affections. You have to dig deep to see how they feel about you, because they don't outwardly show it. So what makes some people enthusiastic romantics and others more reserved in regards to love? Some people think that how romantic a person is can be related to their astrological sign.

Below are four zodiac signs that are known to be the most romantic:

Taurus (April 20 – May 20)

A Taurus loves to shower their significant other with gifts and other nice things. They'll give you a gift just to let you know they're thinking of you.  This nature of giving extends to the bedroom, where they are very generous lovers. A Taurus is incredibly happy being able to do something genuinely romantic and thoughtful. Even if they don't receive the same affection in return, a Taurus is still happy to provide their partner with constant love and attention.

Cancer (June 21 – July 22)

A Cancer is intuitive, which means they'll know exactly what you want without needing to be told. They'll know when you need a shoulder to cry on or when you want to relax after a stressful day. They know exactly what you want in the bedroom without having to be instructed. There are very little communication issues with a Cancer because they can tell what your relationship needs or how it can improve.

Virgo (August 23 – September 22)

For most people, a Virgo doesn’t seem like a romantic person straight away. But once you get to know them, you are proven wrong. Virgos are very attentive to detail and are great at showing they care. They will give you little gifts to let you know they are thinking of you. They remember little details about you like your favorite song or a movie you love. These small things add up to building a loving and lasting relationship.

Pisces (February 19 – March 20)

Pisces might look innocent in their romantic approaches at first, but don't be fooled. Pisces are known to be one of the most passionate zodiac signs. A Pisces will never leave you doubting their feelings for you, because they will make them known loud and clear. They have no problem executing grand, romantic gestures and going overboard with affection. This is a great quality for establishing an intense romantic relationship.
