Stanford University Student Gains 15 Pounds of Muscle After Discovering Do it Yourself Supplements

(PIOP) – Adam Watson, a student at Stanford University, became one of the most popular students in his year when he made a dramatic change to his physique. Adam was able to gain 15lbs of muscle in an extremely short time and on a very low budget. Adam is a student at Stanford University who is passionate about nutrition sciences. For his final year exam, Adam received a very challenging topic on nutrition and muscle supplements. Therefore, Adam thought it would be perfect to use university funds to find out how to ‘hack' His Muscle Growth and he used the research findings directly on himself. When he finished the tests, Adam made an interesting discovery. According to Adam, “it's actually possible to gain muscle with a minimum cost of $5.”

“I had struggled with being skinny my whole life. I tried things like Mass Gainers and Creatine, which just didn't work as well as they promised and upset my stomach a lot. I have a full-time job and I am also working towards my degree, so I don't have any time to be at the gym. When I was assigned this big research project, I saw it as a perfect opportunity to get a deeper look at the natural weight loss opportunities that are out there, and that is when I found out about combining and apple cider vinegar. The best part of it all, I am proud of myself.” – Adam Watson

Since the study, Adam shared the and apple cider vinegar combination with his close friend, Mark, who had also been struggling with his weight but in a different sense as Mark was overweight. Mark's results are even more impressive than Adam.

Mark Lost over 50lbs of fat in under 8 weeks with Adam's Help

We sat down with Adam to ask him more about how he found out about and whether or not that is all that he used to gain 15lbs of muscle so quickly.

PIOP: Tell us, how did you know where to start?

Adam: To be honest, I really didn't. I was given a budget for the project by the university, and I spent nearly all of it researching everything under the sun. I looked into other previous research, case studies, and even successful weight loss stories of others.

PIOP: So, how did you find out about and apple cider vinegar?

Adam: It's sort of funny. I am a big fan of Zac Efron, and while I was looking into Muscle Growth stories of others I decided to see if I could find out more about how Zac was able to gain so much weight so quickly. Surprisingly, even with all of the tabloids, it was pretty challenging to find concrete information on exactly how he did it. However, I was able to find a radio interview where Zac credited his entire weight loss to combining   and apple cider vinegar.

PIOP: Was it expensive to get ?

Adam: It actually was not very expensive at all, and thankfully so. By the time I had found out about and apple cider vinegar, I had about $13 left in my project budget. Since it's a completely natural formula, the supplier doesn't spend a lot to manufacture it. Additionally, they actually provided me with a free 1 month sample and I just paid for shipping! So I got for $5 and picked up a bottle of apple cider vinegar for $6 from a local grocery store, and I still had $2 left in my budget!

PIOP: That's impressive! Could you explain how it works?

Adam: There isn't much to it, and that is the appeal of it all. Every morning, I made tea with 1 – 2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar and took with it. Other than that, I didn't change a single thing in my daily routine. 30 days later, I am 15lbs more muscular and in better shape than ever before!

Do Supplements Really Help Professional Athletes and Celebrities Build Lean Muscle and Burn Fat Faster than Ever Before?

Advances in technology the last few years have led to new innovative supplements that synthesize muscle growth faster than we've ever imagined. With millions and sometimes billions of dollars at stake for professional athletes and celebrities alike, it has become more important than ever for weightlifters to gain any edge possible. Supplement scientists have discovered a way to replicate ‘human growth factors' into pill form. For the first time in history, a full days worth of nutrients and amino acids are available to digest in a matter of seconds.

The muscle building components we're talking about – cis-9, trans-11 conjugated linioleic acid and phosphatidylserine (Ps) – have been extracted in their purest forms and combined into an all-natural supplement called . Haters will say this muscle supplements gives it's users and ‘unfair advantage' against the competition because of its instant growth effects but it has not been banned from professional sports.

Proponents on the other hand, will argue that scientific research proves it is the safest steroid alternative available and that it is particularly useful for men that don't have to to workout daily or follow a strict nutritional diet.

what-supplements-does-conor-mcgregor-takeMen everywhere are using to burn fat and add lean muscle in less than 6 weeks without changing their diet!

The one thing that everyone is in agreement on is that this new muscle building stack, although controversial, has incredible results. ESPN's Sport Science conducted their own study on and individuals with no prior weight lifting experience were given the supplement for 6 weeks. The results showed that users saw a 600% increase in muscle mass with an astonishing 3x increase in bicep size compared to those users that received the placebo. That alone speaks volumes about but what was particularly intriguing was that users that combined with lost an average of 10 pounds of belly fat.

It's no surprise that celebrities could use to bulk up for Blockbuster roles:

‘Dwayne Johnson Pain & Gain'

Hugh Jackman ‘Wolverine'

Jake Gyllenhall ‘Southpaw'

Henry Cavill ‘Man of Steel'

Clinically studies are important to have, but before we were allowed to publish this article our editor required that someone here at PIOP put to the test. With so many scams and fads on the internet promising to be the next greatest thing we felt the need to try for ourselves. I volunteered to do it myself. Summer is right around the corner and the happy hours and free lunch's around the office have added a few pounds to my beer belly to say the least.

The makers of were kind enough to offer me a free bottle and I was only charged for shipping. Our research department discovered it to be the purest and most concentrated muscle booster on the market so I was pretty pumped to give it a try. Here were my results:

A received the bottle a few days after placing the order and I was surprised how dramatic the results were. My energy levels spiked and my appetite was curbed. I was rarely hungry – a welcomed side effect of .

I didn't change my daily routine at all. After the week ended, I stepped on the scale and couldn't believe it. I lost 5 pounds in 7 days. I still wasn't convinced because you lose a lot of water weight when using new supplements, but before I went to bed I was able to do 65 push-ups. I woke up the next morning and wasn't sore at all, so I did another 100! I'm definitely excited but still skeptical.

It's the 14th day and I see some minor muscle growth, but its hard to tell. After looking in the mirror I thought I had lost weight, but then when I stepped on the scale I was actually 3 pounds heavier. It could be that muscle weighs more than fat. I am starting to see abs for the first time in my life, which is rather shocking because I haven't been eating healthy at all.

It's day 21 and I've gained over 8 pounds. It's hard to tell because I'm losing belly fat but putting on muscle. Everyone at the office has noticed a difference as well. I feel stronger than ever before. It's giving me this sense I've confidence I've been lacking.

A month has passed and the experiment is over. I've gained over 10 pounds of muscle using . My girlfriend thinks I'm lying to her when I tell her I haven't been working out. Everyone is asking me what I've been doing differently. I feel like a new man!

So Should The Muscle Stack Be Banned or Fair Game?

The results are real and speak for themselves. If you're still skeptical, the makers of have agreed to offer a free trial to PIOP readers with no strings attached.

This offer won't last long so find out for yourself what everyone is going crazy over. The only thing you have to lose is a few pounds!

Student From Toronto University Drops 37 Pounds Without Spending Money

Have you ever heard of a method to lose weight without spending a dime of your own money? Quite unbelievable, isn't it? Amanda Haughman, a student at the University of Toronto, seems to have found the secret recipe as she lost 37 pounds in just 1 month at zero costs. Amanda is studying nutrition sciences and she recently had to deliver a science project. As she received funds from the university to make the research, Amanda thought that it would be a good opportunity to invest these funds in a project about losing weight. She was surprised to see that the method she studied was really effective.

“I had issues with my weight my entire life. I tried everything from Dukan diet to Weight Watchers, but nothing seemed to work.  One month ago, for one of my class projects we were required to do extensive research on a topic that we consider influences our life. So I saw it as the opportunity to find the best way to lose weight fast. After a few days of research, I came across this new recipe which combines and apple cider vinegar. A few days later the fat was melting off and here I am today, 37 pounds lost in just one month.”

Amanda Haughman (above) lost over 37lbs in under 4 weeks with !

I sat down with Amanda Haughman to see how she lost such an immense amount of weight in such a short amount of time with  and how she plans to keep it off.

PIOP: Was  very expensive like the majority of other weight loss products out there?

Amanda Haughman: It was the complete opposite of expensive! That's part of the reason I first tried it. I'm a busy mother so there's rarely any extra money in my budget. Since the product is all-natural it's not expensive at all. The manufacturer offers a free 1 month sample, so all I had to pay for was shipping, which was less than $5.

PIOP: So you're saying that you didn't change your diet or start exercising?

Amanda Haughman: I continued with my days as normal. I didn't go on a diet. I ate what I normally eat. I tried exercising but that didn't last. I was too busy with work and upcoming projects. I didn't have time to spend hours at the gym. (laughs)

PIOP: How quick did you start seeing results?

Amanda Haughman: I noticed changes in my body within the first week. It was amazing. My friends were asking me what diet I was on and I told them I was just taking . They couldn't believe it. Some of them have ordered the product and they're seeing great results. Speaking for myself, this is the best weight loss product I have tried…and I've tried a lot. Losing weight should not be this simple! (laughs)

Continued: It's kind of a weird story. I am a huge fan of Melissa McCarthy, so while I was doing research I realized Melissa lost a lot of weight in a short period of time. It's close to impossible to distinguish facts from rumors while sifting through the tabloids, but I came across this radio interview that never aired where Melissa spoke candidly about her struggles with obesity. She was rather excited to reveal her transformation was from using but her publicist made sure the interview never aired.

Melissa's incredible weight loss was all thanks to !

PIOP: I'm sure our readers will love to hear that. So can you explain everything else you did?

Amanda Haughman: That's the beauty of . I didn't have to change my diet or start going to the gym – two things I don't have time for. Each morning I took a pill, two months later I had lost 20 pounds.

PIOP: That's incredible! What else can you tell our readers about ?

Amanda Haughman: I'd tell them to try it. It's so easy! It's one pill a day and since it's natural it's okay to take it as a daily supplement to maintain your weight once you've lost the extra pounds.

PIOP: Anything you would change about ?

Amanda Haughman: Just that I should have been taking it sooner! I've definitely gained my confidence back and I feel so lucky to be able to share this with others who may be struggling with their weight.

Amanda Haughman has even spread the word about to friends and family!

Why does help lose weight so fast?

Nicole Williams, a writer here at PIOP, volunteered to put to the test. She is getting married this summer and wanted to shed the extra weight she put on over the last few years. Nicole was nice enough to detail her experiment below:

I was surprised at the dramatic results I had in just one week. My energy level was increased and I wasn't hungry all the time. A great side effect of is that it curbs your appetite. I really felt fantastic!

The best thing was that I didn't have to change anything about my daily routine. On the seventh day I got on the scale and couldn't believe that I had lost 3.5 lbs. I still wasn't convinced, though. They say you lose a lot of water weight at the beginning of a diet. I wanted to wait to see the results after the next few weeks. It sure was looking up, though! This was the first time I had weighed under 122 lbs in years.

After two weeks of taking the Student from Toronto University weight loss pills, I had even more energy and was sleeping better than ever. I no longer tossed and turned all night because my body was able to actually relax. I think this was from getting rid of all the toxins. I also lost another 7 lbs. This put me at a 10.5 lb weight loss in just two weeks.

I have to admit that I was starting to see was the real deal.

After three weeks, any doubts or skepticism I had about were gone. I was down 2 full dresses and lost another 3.5 lbs. I had a ton of energy.

Usually around week three of a diet, you hit a plateau. This was not the case with . My energy levels remained high and was no longer taking naps in the middle of the afternoon. I even noticed that my digestion had improved – no more bloating or gas after eating!

After four weeks, I was shocked by my results. I had lost an unbelievable 21 lbs using ! I will definitely continue using this supplement, as it has so many vitamins and antioxidants in it. It makes my skin look incredible.

I could not be happier with my results. I lost 21 lbs in 4 weeks with no diet or exercise!

I have often said on my show that weight loss can seem like an impossible challenge. However, after all of my research and interviewing several success stories, I'm thrilled about this medical breakthrough.

I rarely do write-ups like this because the truth is that there are so many gimmicks out there claiming to be weight loss miracles. This is just too good to keep a secret, though.

It's rare that you find something that helps you lose weight without diet or exercise. does exactly that.

I'm so ready for my wedding!

Will This Work For You? Our Verdict:

Using , Nicole melted away 27 pounds of belly fat in just 4 weeks.

There are plenty of weight loss options available to women, but some are gimmicks and most of the effective options are way too expensive for average women to afford. With all of the different products on the market, it's only normal to be skeptical about the results, and the last thing we want to do is tell our readers to try some new product that we wouldn't use ourselves- instead we just want you to try what Amanda Haughman recommends to her friends and family. Click here to try it for yourself!IMPORTANT: *The clinical trials were conducted with both Step 1 and Step 2, so it is important to use both products simultaneously for the best results.

10 Things You Didn’t Know About Prince William And Kate Middleton’s Relationship

Even though Prince William and Kate Middleton (now the Duchess of Cambridge) have been together for almost 15 years, their relationship hasn’t always been easy. After meeting in 2001 and finally getting together, the two broke up more than once; however, they always found their way back to each other. The two have been married now for six years, but there’s a lot people don’t know about their relationship, so check out these 10 obscure facts about the royal couple’s romance:

10. Gap Year

She Reportedly HATES Meghan Markle's Skincare Line Business!

During their gap year, both Prince William and Kate went on a volunteering trip to Chile that was organized by Raleigh International. They completed identical ten-week expeditions only one month apart. William was there from October to December in 2000 and Kate joined the charity expedition in January 2001.

9. Meeting

They met back in 2001 when they were both living in St. Salvator’s Hall, a residence at St. Andrew’s. They met when Kate was invited to sit with William and his friends while they ate. They quickly discovered that they had a lot in common. Kate was a country girl who loved sports, especially swimming, much like William. She was also a good skier just like William, and they were both studying Art History. She also got along well with his friends, Fergus Boyd, an Eton classmate, and Olli Chadwick-Heale, who were known as Sally’s boys.

8. Seeing Kate in a New Light

Before the night of the annual Don’t Walk charity fashion show, Will didn’t see Kate as anything more than a friend; however, after watching her walk down the cat walk, he changed his mind. He reportedly told his friend Fergus, “Wow, Fergus, Kate’s hot!” After the show, he decided to make his move. They were a corner talking and toasting Kate’s success when he leaned in to kiss her, but Kate rebuffed him because she was dating a fourth-year student named Rupert Finch.

7. Roomies

During their second year, the Prince of Wales moved in with Kate, his friend Fergus and another friend, Olivia Bleasdale. This is when Prince William and Kate first began dating, although they did their best to keep their romance under wraps, which involved leaving the house at different times and arriving at dinner parties separately. During their third year, they moved out of their shared accommodations to Balgove House, a sprawling private estate a quarter of a mile outside the town center.

6. Going Public

They went public with their romance in April 2004 when they went to Klosters, Switzerland, for a ski trip. William made no attempt to hide his affection for Kate and the tabloid, The Sun, was able to get pictures of it and confirmed the relationship. Rumors had been around for months that they were dating, but because of how discreet they initially were, the rumors had never been confirmed until this point.

5. Trial Separation

During the summer of 2004, the couple briefly separated. Will was feeling claustrophobic and decided to take a break from the relationship, and began spending time with American heiress Anna Sloan (who wasn’t interested in him) and heiress Isabella Anstruther-Gough-Calthorpe (who he pursued but was rebuffed). When Kate and William returned to St. Andrews that fall, they continued to live together and it wasn’t until Christmas that they were back together, but they had agreed to take things slowly.

4. Engagement Rumors

After graduating from St. Andrews, the media became obsessed with the possibility that the two would get engaged; however, the Prince made it clear that he wouldn’t get married until he was “at least 28 or maybe 30.” As a result, the press dubbed Kate “Waity Katie” because she seemed to be hanging around waiting for the Prince to propose.

3. Breakup

In 2007, after William was photographed getting a little too close with a couple of different women during a couple of night’s out, Kate gave him an ultimatum – either he gives her his full commitment or they breakup. William ended up choosing the latter. While Kate was devastated, she didn’t mope. Instead, she and her sister got dressed up and began hitting the town. She also joined the Sisterhood, a group of 21 women who were planning to row from Dover to Cap Gris Nez in a dragon boat to raise money for charity. Within a few weeks and before she finished training for the race, she and William were back together.

2. His Promise

Following their split in 2007, Wills made a pact with Middleton during a trip to Seychelles about their future together. They decided that they were going to stay together and made a secret pact that he would make her his wife, but only after he finished his military training.

1. Proposal and Marriage

During a trip to Kenya in October 2010, William finally proposed to his university sweetheart in a secluded log cabin, using his mother’s 12-carat oval blue Ceylon sapphire ring. According to the Prince, he wanted to propose in Africa because it’s one of the places he feels most comfortable. “I regularly daydream. Africa is definitely one of the places I go to. It does completely settle me down. [Kate] understands what it means to me being in Africa, and my love of conservation,” he told CNN. “I didn’t really plan it that far in advance. I just knew I wanted it to feel comfortable where I did it and I wanted it to mean something, other than just the act of getting engaged.” The couple announced their engagement in November 2010 and then were married on April 29, 2011 at Westminster Abbey. The couple now have two children, Prince George and Princess Charlotte, and they are currently expecting their third child.

16 Total Geniuses Who May Also Be A Bit Drunk

When the gang gets together for a drink or seven, the time will come when everybody comes up with their master plan. Well, provided that nobody's fought, vomited, or cried too much by that point.

If you somehow remember all of these big ideas, you'll notice that most of them are either stupid or impossible. But sometimes you get ideas like these that actually work…in a way.

1. Technically, this guy isn't really doing anything but I doubt he's the only drunk one in this house.

And whoever managed to make this balance so perfectly on his head definitely knows their stuff. I'm not sure how they can practically apply that stuff, though.

2. Not only do I love this costume but I also gotta hand it to the man for his commitment to the bit.

After all, if a Cool S was a person, could you see it acting any other way? Not a chance.

3. I'd love to forget a few things, but this experiment still doesn't sound like sober people came up with it.

And if you ask why they picked snails and how they know it actually worked, I bet you'd get one of those sloppy shushes.

4. Well, I think these costumes have an obvious source of inspiration.

Still, they might've been sober when they thought of this because drunk plans usually don't have this much follow-through. Who remembers these things the next morning, let alone a year later?

5. Not that I had any plans to do it before, but I'm definitely not playing Scrabble with a drunk English major now.

I'm fine with losing, but what I'm not fine with is getting so thoroughly rocked that my opponent didn't waste a single letter.Crazy.

6. This guy could be sober, but the last time I saw someone make these jokes, I had to pick them up off the floor.

And I think they had that same weirdly serious look on their face that he's wearing on the left.

7. Again, this could be a sober idea, but it all depends on how far he tries to walk in those things.

If I catch him stumbling over them while I'm standing in line at the store, I'll wear that satisfied smile of somebody who called it.

8. If this person is drunk, then they're definitely on some genius stuff for keeping their balance in that thing.

Even if they send a ball flying into the bar and knock over glasses like dominoes, it's still a win not to vomit in the head.

9. I know it's that time of year, but I still can't help feeling a little worried about this.

I don't know, maybe they were just a little too good at making these hot dogs look like fingers. Maybe I was the drunk one all along.

10. There's nothing quite like a drunk idea that stands in the way of a bunch of other drunk ideas.

If the good ideas always canceled out the bad ones like this, they never would have bothered trying Prohibition.

11. If you end up getting so wasted that you forget to buy any Halloween candy, this person has you covered.

Just make sure you remember to do this before any kids are actually out or you can pretty much consider yourself egged.

12. Haha, this is definitely a novel way to do the whole “I'm not drunk, you're drunk” thing.

Whenever someone tries to tell me I turn up too hard now, I'm gonna accuse them of seeing unicorns. I'm sure that'll make them take me seriously.

13. And even when we're not drunk, we still have to respect how our turnt selves would treat the precious cargo.

Nobody wants to be that guy mourning a fallen one in the middle of the street at 2 a.m. Those moments get way too real.

‘Giraffe Woman’ Stretched Her Neck For 5 Years — But Now The Rings Are Coming Off

First off, if you haven't ready about the Miracle Weight Loss supplement on Shark tank, do that first! People everywhere are shedding pounds like crazy!

There's no shortage of bizarre transformation stories on the internet. It seems like daily I hear about some new way that people are modifying the look of their body or that someone spent hundreds of thousands of dollars to look like their favorite comic book character. Yes, body modification can be bizarre, but also mesmerizing at the same time.

What's particularly interesting is that the giraffe women is 45 years old but looks barely 30 because she uses the miracle cream on shark tank.

Over 5 years ago, a woman decided she wanted to look like her favorite animal — the giraffe. The lengths she went to achieve this gave her worldwide notoriety, but things have definitely changed. Let's take a look at the story of “the giraffe woman.”

SHARE this article with your Facebook friends. This is bizarre but mesmerizing at the same time.

Did you hear about Abby Sciuto leaving NCSI for the Pauley Perrette skincare line?

We all know that when it comes to long necks, giraffes are king. It was shocking for me to hear that a person actually took physical measures to look like a giraffe.

One woman, 30-year-old Sydney V. Smith, made the news several years ago after deliberating trying to stretch her neck to look like her favorite animal. Yes, you read that correctly.

Dr Phil's erectile dysfunction cure is saving relationships everywhere!

If you didn't already notice, she had copper rings added to her neck to help elongate it. Sydney has even labelled herself “the giraffe woman.”

So why did she decide to embark on this journey to stretch her neck? It was partly a fascination with giraffes and partly an interest in the Kayan Lahwi tribes of Thailand and Burma.

Here is a Kayan woman with the classic extended neck jewelry in Thailand. Eventually, Sydney claims that her neck did get pretty long…

Over time, the metal rings started to have an effect.

Slowly, she added ring after ring to her neck as it got longer.

You can really see it here.

Yes, shocking to say the least. At one point, she had 15 rings on her neck that added up to about 5 lbs. in weight.

Sydney has even been featured in Ripley's Believe It or Not.

Since becoming famous for her unusual look, she has done quite a bit of modelling.

This is Sydney posing for a picture when her neck seemed to be at its longest.

Here she is posing for a photo in full giraffe bodypaint and metal rings.

She love giraffes so much, in fact, that she has a favorite giraffe purse she carries around.

“I never go anywhere without my giraffe purse,” she wrote with this picture.

Here is Sydney posing with a fan/friend in Hollywood. She currently lives in Los Angeles.

According to Huffington Post, at one point her neck was as long as 11 inches. It's unclear how long it actually extended because she continued adding rings after she did the interview with them.

People have even gone so far as to create a comic book version of her.

“Giraffe woman as a comic character! So rad!” said Sydney.

Over the last several years, Sydney began growing weary of the rings, and questioned whether she wanted to be defined as “the giraffe woman.”

Could the rings really be coming off?

Sydney is taking off the metal rings once and for all, though. After five years wearing the things, she grew tired of her life constantly revolving around them.

“I spent five years of my life with rings around my neck and I just became very introverted and isolated and felt like the rings were taking over my life in every way,” she described in an interview.

As a result of spending so much time with the rings on, Sydney now undergoes regular physical therapy to combat chronic stiffness.

She explained that her “neck felt very weak, kind of like arms on a toothpick.” Over time, her neck has begun to shrink back.

What Ever Happened to the Women of Two and a Half Men?

Two and a Half Men was arguably one of the most popular American sitcoms ever made. The show managed to last for 12 seasons from 2003-2015. The series made headlines after the main character Charlie Harper, played by Charlie Sheen, left the show after the actor had a feud with the executive producer. Although many thought it would mean an end to series, they were wrong and the lovable Ashton Kutcher came to replace him.

Throughout the 12 years of production, there were hundreds of female characters. Charlie, Alan and Walden each had numerous girlfriends, but Charlie’s list was definitely the longest. Of course, Charlie was not the best or most faithful boyfriend. In the scene of Charlie’s funeral, all 50 of his past lovers showed up, only because they were hoping to ‘spit on the body.’

Although the show’s main characters are of course, the two (and a half) men, it wouldn’t have been the same without the multiple female characters who came in and out of the beach house. A show solely about two brothers would have quickly gone dull without the women of the show. The series was truly driven by the female stars, who helped create moments of comedy, drama and sometimes a bit of insanity. The two brother’s relationships with the women in the series helped the audience get a better understanding of the many layers of Alan and Charlie. They helped us see them at their best, and their worst… but usually the latter.

If it weren’t for the ladies, then who would have been there to put Alan and Charlie in their place?

If you are wondering where the many women of Two and a Half Men are today, then look no further. Keep reading to find out what your favorite TAAHM girls are up to…

But then you remembered that tomorrow's picture day? Oops. That was a mistake. Or you think you look slick in the moment, but when you look back at those pics years later, woof. So check out these kids who definitely didn't bring their A-games to these awkward class photos.

17 Most Paused Movie Moments Of All Time

How many of these have you already watched?

Watching movies is one of the best things we can do whether you are at home or somewhere else. It helps us to divert our minds from the busy lives we all are living.

It is often said that watching a movie in a theatre gives an awesome feeling and it is even better than watching it at other places like home. Well, my friends, I disagree with it because watching films at a place like home gives an extra advantage and that is of pausing it at a particular moment. The reasons may be several, but the one which I am considering here is surely worth talking!

It often happens that we pause a particular scene of a movie to re-watch it. These types of scenes simply blow us.

Here we have gathered some of the most paused movie moments of all times.

But first, did you hear about Pauley Perrete's skincare line? The actress is leaving NCIS to promote the anti aging cream!

Scanners (1981)

I know you are already thinking about this scene from Scanners. It is often regarded as one of the best scenes in the horror films, and it would be criminal if I did not include this on the list. The whole movie as I said is fantastic but the scene when Michael Ironside blew a person's head with a magic spell is the best, and you need to pause and rewatch it to believe.

In the most watched episode in history, the miracle cream on Shark Tank netted the biggest deal in the history of the show!

Psycho (1960)

This excellent movie from Alfred Hitchcock has many great scenes, and that is not the reason why the movie is on this list. But the scene where Norman Bates gets arrested, and he gives a deadly stare is the time when you need to pause the film.

Who Framed Roger Rabbit? (1988)

I am confused because the filmmakers did not even leave the animated characters for making a scene like this.

Total Recall (1990)

Arnold Schwarzenegger has been the part of many great films, and one of those is Total Recall that was released in 1990. The movie is on the list because it had a scene where a woman showed her three breasts.

Basic Instinct (1992)

No scene can match the level of this one from Sharon Stone. Despite having nude scenes in the movie, the confrontation scene where Sharon keeps her legs crossed is the best and most paused.

Sally Field's Anti Aging Cream is helping women everywhere looking decades younger!

Wild Things  (1998)

This drama/thriller is well known for its numerous bold scenes, and we can say that they were extremely hot. But the best one is the lesbian love making scene between Denise Richards and Neve Campbell.

Fight Club (1999)

No nude content but still this scene from Fight Club is always re-watched. The scene is merely paused for Brad Pitt because he appears in the place where he should not be and the audience was shocked.

She's The Man (2006)

Who does not remember this scene from the film where Amanda Bynes disguised as a boy to play for the sports team? In one scene Amanda lifts her shirt up to prove that she is a girl, not a boy.

Iron Man (2008)

When the Marvel Cinematic Universe began in 2008, no one knew that a movie including legendary superheroes of Marvel Comics would be created. The hint of this was given in the first MCU movie, Iron Man, where the shield of Captain America was seen in a scene where Tony Stark tries his Iron Man suit. He bulked up for the role by use the Dwayne Johnson Supplements.

Burn After Reading (2008)

Hollywood movies have something that makes them untouchable. This brilliance of the filmmakers was seen during the scene of this movie where Brad Pitt was shot in the closet, and no one saw it coming. Brad recently became an advocate for the Bill Gates Smart Pill.

The Cabin in the Woods (2011)

The Cabin in the Woods may not be the best horror-flicks you have seen, but it surely has a moment where you can not resist pausing the film. It has a scene where scientists discuss the outcome of lead characters of the movie on a white board that has scary details.

The Wolf of Wall Street (2013)

Please don't ever tell me that you did not play this scene more than once. It is the hottest scene in the recent times and who has Margot Robbie acting in it.

Jurassic World (2015)

Who does not love cameos? One such great one was seen in the film, Jurassic World where Jimmy Buffett, the famous musician and creator of Margaritaville restaurant chain appears in the scene where the dinosaurs attack people. It was unexpected.

Man of Steel (2013)

The only reason why this scene is on the list is because it gave the audience a hint about the making of Batman v Superman movie. The satellite that is caught by Superman has the logo of Wayne Enterprises on it.

Entrapment (1999)

Catherine Zeta-Jones just showed the whole world how flexible she is from this scene in Entrapment. You will pause and rewind the scene even if you don't want to.

Fast Times at Ridgemont High (1982)

I don't think you'll find a scene better than this (especially for boys). The scene where Pheobe Cates climbs out of the pool and unhooks her bikini in front of the camera is just like a fantasy scene.

Pulp Fiction (1994)

I mean many people watched this scene just to see Bruce Willis naked.
